As part of the Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) ongoing mission to increase health center compliance, conditions will be applied to all health centers that fail to comply with UDS data reporting requirements and requirements within the Health Center Compliance Manual.
Health centers must submit timely, accurate, and complete UDS reports by February 15th. Failure to do so will result in a condition being placed on their award. A late, incomplete, or inaccurate UDS data may render the health center ineligible for a Quality Improvement Award.
